woke up at 8.30am today.. feeling good... feeling motivated
heres wat i did today... hahahahaha
08.30am - protein shake and 150g oatmeal
10.45am - 125g spaghetti + 1 can tuna + 1 dumpling
01.00pm - 80g spaghetti + 1 can tuna
reached gym around 2pm.. trainined till around 3.30pm and left..
and im home updating here...
heres wat left to be done for the rest of the day
04.45pm - 150g oatmeal + 1 can tuna + wheat crackers
05.00pm - off to work
06.00pm - start work
07.30pm - 4slices wholemeal bread + 1 can tuna + free food from fish n co
10.00pm - protein shake
11.00pm - end work
12.00am - protein shake and off to sleep
tml no work no gym... frens do call me out to play bball or go shopping... hahahaha...
oh ya.. MR LIM CHUN PING... here birdday coming... any plans?? HAHAHAHA... sit back and relax... LOL
9kg more to my goal.. muahahaha.. its coming..
