Suki Time!

went out with my girl on saturday
its been so long since we headed to town.
ate SUKI SUSHI buffet at Cine.
im still craving for it now.
i love sushi man.
so niceeeeeeeee!

when we just started eating.

chatted awhile and off to far-east.
went to buy her shorts there.
home sweet home after.

Stronger...

today onwards.
i'm officially training alone.
Vincent is entering NS.
Minghan is serving NS.

i'll only have them joining me most prob on Sundays
but i'll still have to keep to wat im doing.
pushing myself and improving.



-The Last 3 Standing-
balls to walls training got us where we are today.
hopefully after our NS
we'll still be training harder than ever.
that is what we are; Training Buddies

we've seen people who joined and left us.
we can't hold them back.
afterall, its their choice.

went suntann-ed on wednesday
a lifeguard approached me
asked me how long have i been lifting.
a stranger approached me in the toilet
asked me if im a bodybuilder and preparing for a comp.
all these simple little things from people
just gives me the momentum to carry on what i am doing
just dunno how to describe the feeling in me.
as i always thought nobody will know im a bodybuilder.
cos im still small.
HAHAHA


bulking has been going on fine.
currently at 91kg
not much weight gain yet.
guess thats how a CLEAN bulk should be.
shall see how the following weeks go.
bodyfat been maintaining pretty well too.

anyway
2 years ago.
i bought myself a M size "REGULAR" tank top
told myself i will wear it when i grow bigger.
now i'm able to those REGULAR ones.
BUT THAT ISNT ENOUGH!

Now...
i got myself another piece of tank top
a "T-BACK" tank top!
i gonna wear this for all my back trainings.
im gonna use it to
motivate me, push me harder, and improve my back!
WOOO!

HAHAHAHA
guess im wierd.
but thats how i motivate myself.

MY BODY IS MY BIGGEST & TOUGHEST COMPETITOR!

Shrugging 100kg.

tink im gonna get a BLACK coloured one too.
maybe a RED one also.
HAHAHA!

its damn comfortable
its almost like not wearing anything to workout!
able to see my back muscle working when im training
just gives me the "DRIVE" to go all out to...

trained legs today
re-invented a new calves training routine
total reps of 160-200 for calves
I'll do 2 exercises
4 sets each
aiming for 20-25 reps per set.
hopefully the calves really grow this time.

MASS-O-MOTIC TIME!

fuck this weather
wanted to suntann but it ended....
RAINING!

anyway
its the start of the 8 weeks clean bulk
i hope to control my bodyfat level this round.
which i believe i can.
HAHA

unlike in the past
i will not be doing an all out bulk
stuffing all the food in to hit a target weight
eating the dirty calories which makes me fat instead.
this time round i will take it slow and steadily
getting in calories from good source of food.

cardio will be kept to a minimum of once per week
or maybe no cardio at all for that week.
will depend on how i feel and look.
hopefully by doing this
i'll be able to maintain bodyfat pretty well.

took some pics again.
so that in a few weeks time
i can judge myself if
im still holding my bodyfat pretty well.
HOHOHO!
