finally got to trained with vincent again.
been training alone for 3wks++
he has been busy with work.

took this opportunity to access our bodies.
went to did some individual posing after workout.

keeping muscle-loss to a minimum
while burning the fats off.

estimate that i need to lose another 5kg-7kg atleast
before i'll be in the 8-10% bodyfat region.

hmm.
starting nxt wk.
will be maintaining my diet for 4-6wks.
by then the competition date shd be out.
i will then go full blast and get ready for it.
hopefully all my plans go well this time.

went to train legs today,
sucky workout
strained my right thigh when doing squats.
first fucking set.
damn the sharp pain in there
i cant squat down, i cant extend my legs


but still, i did 3sets of it.
den i felt the tendon in my thighs jumped.
FREAK THE HELL OUT OF ME.
lucky it didnt tear man.
fuck damnit

rest,stretched,move about.
decided to continue my workout
though its stil painful
but i just dun feel lik leaving the gym without doing anything.
fucking hell


hopefuly its really a strain.
i get this on-off basis.
few months later it comes back.
but this time round
it happened way too early
when i just started my workout.
DAMN!


what more important now is preventing injuries.
i dun wanna fuck myself up at this time.
fucking hell.

met my girl at around 4.30pm
went queensway
she got her FBT tank top & nike SB
while i got my shoes
ADIDAS BARRICADE!



so in love with this design of shoes by ADIDAS.
comfortable for my workouts and its pretty cool!
this is my 2nd pair of BARRICADE.
HOHOHO!

guess i will be sticking to ADIDAS BARRICADE shoes for life!
never gonna use other brands/models anymore
cos i really love them for my workouts.
HAHAHA!

shall wear the old one for cardio
the new one for gym workouts.
so that my sole wont wear out that quickly.

went out with baby for movies

the show is really WTF.

but its definitely worth watching.


very nice in deed.
especially with the humour of jackie chan.

will be a new diet.
since tuna is out of stock.
and im kinda bored of it.

new daily diet will consist of

  • 300g Brown Rice
  • 800g-1000g Sutchi Fillet
  • 50g Oats

    bodyweight now is between 93.5kg & 94kg.
    11kg down.
    slowly going down n down.
    veins popping out more n more.
    visible and visible.


its always the fats on the lower abs
stubborn as hell to go off.


a pose which took me so long to master.
still disappointed with my shoulders development.
so difficult to grow them.
FUCK!
IM FUCKING PALE!
shall go get a tann soon, real soon!
but only when everything comes out.

working 5 days straight this wk.
tuesday to saturday.
waking up at 8am
sleeping at 12am.
thats what im doing for all these 5days.
inorder to squeeze my gym, meals and work.


wat can i say.
i enjoy working especially with the people i like.
but i hate it when i have to wash up the kitchen.
it sucks and its so troublesome.
water goes into my shoe.
feels so yucky man.
HAHA!


as for dieting.
its been going pretty well.
seeing slight changes every week.
=D

i get moody easily.
guess its due to dieting.
the restriction of carbs and the fatigue i get.
hopefully i can control my temper now.

baby, im just so sorry for ytd.
didnt meant to flare up and lose control of myself.
kicking and punching the walls.
that make you fear of me now.
i'll learn to control from now on.
im really sorry...

dieting suck.

bulking is so easy.
dieting is so hard.


now im having dieting blues.
HAHAHA

reducing and reducing my daily calories wk by wk.
cardio and cardio as days pass by.
crunching and crunching for the abs of steel.


have changed my diet.
reduced another 300calories from it.
so sad so hungry so flat.

meant as a little celebration for TYK.

  2. Hotplate Deer Meat
  3. Hotplate Thai chilli Sotong.
  4. Stir Fried KangKong
  5. Ko Lo Yok.

went for a movie after
with a add-on of Frances.
