depleted...

just got back from training
trained back today.
damn tired now man.
had my last meal of rice moments ago.

taken on 25th Nov.
everything is finally coming out.
still got 2 weeks to improve and sharpen up

every night when i sleep
i just cant wait to wake up.
the excitement towards the comp is so much in me
i've been waiting for this moment since when??
words just cant describe my feelings
HAHA

anyway
im feeling the real effects of dieting now
the last few weeks is really a torture
now i believe in it and i know and feel it now.
i just have to hang on and not give up
ppl at work have been asking me why am i so quiet nowadays
im just so low in energy that i cant be bothered with anything

i just wish the time passes quick for me to go home.
thats all in my mind whenever i go to work.

keeping things alive..

amazed by how much difference a week can make
i'm down by a kilo after lowering my carbs.
total carbs daily is 85g only.
im low in energy and i get pissed off easily.
so better dun irritate me!
^_^

the worse days are my working days literally
ZERO CARBS from afternoon till bed time
eating grilled fish, eggs and drinking gallons of water
glad im still able to survive through the whole day.
HAHA

stocked up junkies!

anyway,
a nightmare when i saw a letter last tuesday
as i was opening the letter i'm mumbling
"please not this decmeber, please please please!"
almost at the verge of crying out man
luckily not, jumping around when i saw the date!
enlisting 24th APRIL 2009!
HAHAHAHA


the food that i've stocked up so far
durain cake, satayfish, chewing gums & chocos
all thanks to my parents who went to malaysia
so i secretly kept some of the food in lunchboxes
gonna get some potato chips soon!
i will eat the hell out of these
when im done with 13th DEC!
FUCK YEAH!
HAHAHAHA!

right
just under 4 weeks left.
still lean and going on strong.
lowering my carbs slightly starting tml.
so everything will look like this:

Protein: 400-450g
Carbs: 100g
Fats: 50-70g

everything is pretty much there and visible
with the amount of time left and still keeping everything in checked
i believe i can still sharpen up my condition
shall see how my progress goes..

5 WEEKS OUT! WOOOO!!!!!!

5 WEEKS OUT!
trained arms today with Vincent.
noticed more separations on my arms now.
hopefully ppl arent lying to me
and of cos, the mirror wont fucking lie to me!
HAHAHAHA

since both of us have improved on our conditioning in the last 2 weeks
took the chance today to snap all the poses together.

not forgetting my little girl thats been going through all these with me.
we'll be able to enjoy food again after everything is over!

Vincent is gunning towards the 65Kg Category
and I'm competing in the over 70Kg Category
so hes definitely trying to bring his weight down to meet the requirement while i'm just tryin to sharpen up my body, conditioning wise.


at this point of time
no doubt, i admit that i'm indeed sort of struggling
to get rid the last few pounds of fats on my lower abs.
its really a bitch to strip it off.


i shall see how things go this coming week
then plan my nutrition for the last 4 weeks.

yes its really exciting for me now
im so motivated everyday i wake up
i cant wait to eat
i cant wait to cardio
i cant wait to train

slacking at home after training.
reduced my carbs this wk again
will be sticking to this for at least 2wks for sure!
hopefully, it will take me to e next lvl.


so now
daily nutrient intake is as follow
am still reluctant to go ZERO carbs as of yet.
Protein: 400-450g (1kg fish, 15eggs)
Carbs: 130g (50g oats, 150g rice)
Fats: 50-70g (4 egg yolks, oats, fish)


i love how skintight i am feeling
when i go on low carbs diet
its like my muscles are rocksolid when i flex em.
HEHEHE


just under 6 weeks!

oh ya!
24hr blood pressure monitoring sucks!
made my left arm red and its peeling now.
its been more than 72hrs already since its been removed
but it still have not recovered to its normal state!
fuck it!
