dealing with injury

alright
been dealing with a problem with my wrist.
its been a wk already.
the pain came only last saturday when i woke up.
wonder if its bcos i slept on my wrist.
thus a sprained wrist or sth lik tt.

DAMN
a slight twist and it hurts.
hope it heals quickly.
cos i cant even do a lat spread nw!!
IT HURTS!

anyway
this few days have been raining
the nice cool weather is just so right for me.
I LOVE THE RAIN!
keep it coming!

the ambience in the gym is nice too.
dun even have to wait for machines or stuff lik tt.
though, its so cold that i can hardly get myself started.
BUT I STILL LOVE IT!

oh ya
went to town with my fellow gym buddies on monday after training
in search of clothes of course.
but sian
but i went home empty handed
its ok, holidays are still long.
i will go find my clothes again.

doesnt really fill my stomach, but its still worth it.

Its fucking HUGE in portion.
its around 1.5" thick.

i feel im dead

ytd paper was ok.
if i did study everything.
BUT i didnt, instead i chose part by part of the entire module to study.
i feel so dead.
was too careless in doing those 'give away' questions.
and ya, i didnt do the 35marks section too, cos i didnt study for it.
just let it fly....
FUCK

i can only confirm i get at least 40/100.
and overall, so far, i calculated i only have at least 45% for this module.

hopefully, i'll pass this semester.
if not, i'll be botak in mths to come.

worked ytd night.
holyshit.
this is the fucking first time that i didnt get to cook or be a runner.
i was assigned to do CO-ORDINATOR!

omfg, that is 1 of the most scariest/toughest station to work at.
i got to prepare every single order and 'OUT' them.
its still pretty 'Shiok' to work at the station.
im like the KING there.
asking other stations if my food is ready, how long it takes blahblahblah.
=)


initially i was still doing well, pretty fast.
but when i went to have my meal..
FUCK!
my station JAMMED.
the order list was so fucking long tt i dio STUNNED.
didnt know what to do.
so i just out any order that i can.
luckily the manager came and help me out abit.
if nt im in deep shit.
those servers will definitely come and ask.
how long this table takes, how long tt table takes.
muahahaha..


those peeps outside the kitchen told the manager.
"this co-ordinator cannot see the head and the food infront of him"
HAHAHA!

anyway, i did a good deed ytd!
i saved my manager from falling on the floor!
come ask me and i'll tell u how i did it.

hmmm
just got back from bball.
ate too much today, so intended to go down for it.
afterall, its my off-day for training.
not very tired, as i didnt run much.
thats normal for me la.
LOL

right, tml will be training back.
been seriously trying to improve every single bit of it.

though my weight from 18th july till date isnt of much difference.
but in terms of measurements, theres some slight increase.
so ya, u get the rough idea.
am satisfied with the results so far.

i'm not gonna up my calories anymore until november 14th.
November 14th = THE NEXT BIG THING.

woke up around 9am.

1 hell of a funny movie.

theres lotsa sex scenes.

anyway, today is legs day.
am always looking forward to this day.
took 2hrs to complete.
hmm, needa add more mass and thickness to my thighs man.

im back from the paper.
oh man... what can i say.
wat done is done but i hope, really hope i pass
anyway, its only 30%.
hahahahahaha
went to eat at canteen 1 right after paper.


woke up at 6.45am although my paper was at 10am.
just for the sake of eating my meals.
IF ONLY I CAN PUT THE SAME DEDICATION & DETERMINATION INTO STUDIES...
i will definitely score distinctions like nv before.
MUAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH!

heres what i did and plan to do for the rest of the day.

6.45am : 150g oats + protein shake

9am :12 egg whites + 4slices wholemeal bread + butter

11.30am : 2 plates of steak set from canteen 1

2pm : 125g Spaghetti + 1 can tuna

4.45pm : 125g Spaghetti + 1 can tuna

7.30pm : 4slices wholemeal bread + 1 can tuna + 2slices cheese

10pm : protein shake

12am : protein shake

after that...

SLEEP!!!

guess i'll only eat steak at canteen 1 when im having exams near there.

because............

IT IS SO SMALL AND LITTLE IN PORTION THAT I GOTTA EAT 2 SETS OF IT.

BUT ITS STILL SO SMALL...

Fatigue

got my 8hrs of sleep.
but i'm still
FUCKING tired.
worked yesterday night.
and fucking hell it was fucking busy around 6.30-7.30pm.
so many orders...
but lucky i wasnt asked to be 'runner'.
if not i'll be talking to the crabs again.
got do to my favourtie grill..
THE BIG GRILL!

got to cook cook cook, eat eat eat at the same time.
HA!


at times i've been wondering.
how lucky i am to be working there.
not every job allows me to eat my fucking meals when working.
the worse is when i get to do full shift 12pm-11pm
and i'll bring 2-3meals
i'll even buy chicken breasts from the supermarket and cook by myself during my break.

and yes!
later will be arms day.
50lbs dumbbell curls right in your face!
eat THAT!

1.
I'll always go for a hair cut whenever its 3wks since my last haircut. sometimes even at 2wks++.. cos i simply hate keeping long hair. it makes my head look big.
LOL!
2.
I have different colour shirts for different training days. This never changes until i buy new colours.
Black shirt - Arms day, shoulders day
White shirt - chest day
Red shirt - back day
Navy blue shirt - legs day.
and yes, for those who dunno, i've got my own attire for a hair cut too.
i'll wear the ngee ann blue t-shirt along with a plain black shorts.
IT NEVER CHANGES!

I'll always kick and hit the wall bside my bed whenever i cant get to sleep.
u know..those sleep tt wake u up every 10-15mins. and u gotta try sleeping agian. it SUCKS! fustrating lik hell is all i can say.
thats why my wall have crack lines here n there.
HAHA!
4.
During school days, if i cant get my 8hrs of sleep at least the night b4. Most probably u wont see me in sch. i'll switch my alarm off and sleep till i wake up by my own.
without 8hrs of sleep, i'll be at a all time down mood. i'll be sad too :(
5.
during work, when there is crabs to kill. I'll play and fight with them for awhile b4 killing them. i tend to torture them by digging their eyes and cutting them off to experiment if they'll still bite.
HAHA!
6.
i have a very long wooden stick that i use to scratch my back.. i can hardly scratch my back easily nw. i know the stick is for old ppl, but but but... its really hard to scratch my back nw! im too in-flexible nw....
