just got back from bball.
ate too much today, so intended to go down for it.
afterall, its my off-day for training.
not very tired, as i didnt run much.
thats normal for me la.

right, tml will be training back.
been seriously trying to improve every single bit of it.

though my weight from 18th july till date isnt of much difference.
but in terms of measurements, theres some slight increase.
so ya, u get the rough idea.
am satisfied with the results so far.
i'm not gonna up my calories anymore until november 14th.
November 14th = THE NEXT BIG THING.
