its already the last day of CNY and things have been moving fast this year
not very fast but at least its already March tomorrow already!

and yes, im fucking pissed and fustrated at how they are destroying every single dumbbell we use to have.

had to quarrell with the instructor again.

the gym once had 30kg dumbells which are the heaviest, and now we are only left with 25kg.

whats worse??

im even told that the dumbells would only be left with 20kgs.

they might as well make it a all ladies gym.

this is so fucking ridiculous that i even requested a fucking refund for my membership which i renewed recently.

it could be the management that initiated it or the fellow instructor that did it, but whatever it is its still...FUCKED UP!

have already consider changing to cali to train, i'll see if im able to get some promotional rates.

its so hard to survive with this little allowance let alone choose the gym i wan to train in...

anyway

musclewar was a blast yesterday.

held at NUS with decent lightings and a great show.

it feels great to be supporting your frens on stage

realy damn cool and excited.
so great to see new champions especially when they are your frens!

goodbyee 2009

a year passes real quick
back in 2008, i was still in cloud nine coming off from a victory in the junior nationals.
but now, im here feeling fucked up, desperately anticipating for my PINK IC.
a thing which im happy for is i'm so motivated to get my certification, went for the CPR course this past sunday and i'm looking forward to the next course;BEC.
though cashflow is definitely a problem, so im gonna wait for chinese new year when the angbaos come in to enroll for the next course..

so here it is, farewell 2009
its never the happiest year in my life.

why?

its a year i lose my fucking freedom to do something i hate but still cant escape from.

its a year i realise how fucking stingy the government is with the fucking low allowance yet such expensive living in this country.

its a year which really taught me to remain strong and brave through all shit just to get pass the fucking complusory 2 years.

enough of the fucking complains and although 2010 may not be any better too, but here i am, still willing to welcome the year  2010!!

had a real filling dinner at Aston's

didnt went to suntec for it, but rather a foodcourt at Yew Tee

coffeeshop pricing, restaurant quality

fucking worth it man, im loving beef

every week i make sure i get a serving of steak

loving it!

just found out theres so many festives coming up

xmas, new year's eve, anniversary

not forgetting chinese new year and valentine crash on the same day.

fuck, im just so broke these days.

maybe i'll just pick a couple of it to celebrate thats all.

just applied for my CPR course

its just a step to get my ass going for fitness instructor certification.

hope all goes well, shal make use of the weekends i have to pursue something i love.

 her work place performance night with the little kids/students of hers

the kids were cute and very adorable

overall the entire performancer quite good also la, they are still kids, cant expect much from them, just appreciate what they sing or play enough already, after all they are so adorable that you wont even be bothered with how bad they sing.

Getting There...

106kg currently

still 4kg shy from my aim.

big, round, bloated, fat whatever you guys can call it, i wouldnt be bothered anyway.

HAHAHA

still trying ways to increase my weight, which is kinda hard due to NS, i've done everything i could keeping my budget to a minimum, guess its still an accomplishment for me to hit this weight instead of my initital aim of 110kg...

on a bright side, theres still at least 10 weeks for me to work towards my aim, before i get diet down after chinese new year!!

6mths have passed
1.5yrs more to go before i get done with this so called "NATIONAL SERVICE"
had a really wonderful night yesterday with my little girl
got almost the entire night to ourselves
its been so long since we get to enjoy teeny weeny bits of our lives together
=)

i've got some plans next year

just praying hard that i'll be able to get in the HeartSaver CPR course and get certified by end of this year.

thats just the start of my plan, more to come.

all i need is money to get things done..

hopefully my parents will help me out on this...

its the good old bulking season and im at 104kg now!

just 6kg shy from my target!

my plan is to do a semi-dieting phase after chinese new year and plan my next move thereafter.

as for NS life,

although im a PES E9L9, but im still posted to HQ Air Force Training Command as a armament technician.

initially i was so eager to revocate to be a clerk, but for now, i guess i'll just let nature take its course.

since they didnt revocate me as a clerk, i shall just continue my jobscope till new posting order comes.

friday was my first day at HQ AFTC

althought its damn far from bukit panjang, but doesnt matter.

a direct bus to eunos from pending lrt, followed by another bus to my camp takes only an hour.

the life is pretty great at there too, stay out vocation too.

which is why i dont wish to be a clerk for now

the office for us is air-conditioned too, what more can i expect!

the only down side over there which i could think of is there isnt any early fall out, everyone goes home punctually as stated in the daily routine orders.

im starting to get addicted to MJ songs too, my girl and i even felt like buying one his DVD; History on films.

but nah, didnt get it, thought the $7.50could be spend on something more useful.
