alright.
its been the 3rd wk of dieting.


have been trying to jog
but it just wont go my way.
guess im too heavy now.
my knee hurts when jogging.

so, i've finally decided what to do for now.
My Game Plan
2 days walking inclined on the treadmill
30mins
1 day SpeedWalking at the canal
45mins

Cardio will be 3 times a week
training sessions is still be the same.
with the intensity i'm going.
im sure it helps alot in my dieting.


this time round.
my weight isnt important.
it will be more of
"How do i look instead of how much do i weigh"
the mirror will be my buddy now.

i'm still shedding fats
slowly and gradually.
shall see how the nxt 4wks go.
den i'll decide if i should decrease my calories
or increase my cardio.
