the comp date is changed again.
fuck it man.
the feeling sucks big time.

was told that it will be changed to December.
its a confirmed news from my source

but the date is still nt released.
wat a sucky federation we got in sg.
good thing is i'll have more time to prepare

bad thing is i may get called up for enlistment.
FUCKING HELL.


i'll update once the date of the comp is out again
shall just continue doing my cardio
no changes to my diet yet.
no calories reduction or wat-so-ever
wait till i get the confirmed date then i'll go all out.
