bodybuilding, my girl and army
trying to balance everything out now too; its tough but i believe i can do it.

first week at my new vocation
nothing of a woo-ha
so many breaks are given to us daily
9am - teabreak
12pm - lunch
3pm - teabreak
5.30pm - book out!
at least im able to consume my meals now, and i've been packing meals there since day 1.
=)

anyway
i'm back in the gym training hard again
current weight is 95kg
its the good old bulking phase and i wish i can make full use of it, although army may be a factor hindering my progress, but fuck it. i will do it for whatever it takes.
lets see if im able to do it to reach 100kg..
i'm back for redemption!
