ACCOMPLISHED

i've accomplished my goal set for this wk!!


weighed myself in the gym this afternoon.
I'm at 97.5kg- 98kg.
definitely feeling motivated and proud of myself.


for the nxt 2wks.
i'll just keep to wat im doing/eating now.
will up my calories again soon after tt.


heres my daily diet for nw
Protein -> 350 to 400g
Carbohydrates -> 500g
Fats -> 80g


TOTAL = 4000-4200 calories

to some, its alot alot of calories that will make them fat.

wahahahahaha.
