PROGRESS PICS

woooo.
first time in my life, i broke the 100kg mark.
this pic was taken on thursday afternoon.

anyway, ytd training was chest day.
had a damn hard time bathing after the workout.
HAHAHA



i seriously got problem scrubbing my back now.
i can hardly scratch my back too.
thats sad, but i love it.
HAHAHAHAHHAA!

After training
went to the toilet for a POSE DOWN session with vincent.
HAHAHA!


its fun, and im loving every posing session we have.
definitely allow me to know whr should i improve on

to me
i seriously need to improve my shoulder width and back width.
THATS FOR SURE.
and i seriously hate my waist.


Gonna improve my back width so i'll get a better v-taper when i strike those back poses.


The back has always been my weakness since day1 when i started training.
Although vincent and chester have already told me that
i've improved my back
BUT!
i still will continue improving my back.
i wont wanna regret it at the end of the day.


they also told me that
if i diet down, i will be good to go for my back poses.
HOPEFULLY BA.




AFTERALL,
im happy with what i achieved so far.
shall continue with the diet im using

felt i've maintained my bodyfat pretty well so far.
shall see what i'll look lik at another 6wks.
then its time to diet down!
