went to CMPB for medical this morning
woke up extremely early at 6.45am
only 6hrs of sleep.
drank a huge cup of coffee with my breakfast to keep me "alive"
packed 2 meals and 2 protein shakes there.
was very excited for the medical since the start of the week.
guess a perfect planning from me kept me on track for my meals.

heres what i did and my meal plan for today
6.45am : 50g oats + protein shake + coffee
6.45am : 50g oats + protein shake + coffee
9am : 100g brown rice + 250g fish
12pm : protein shake + 75g oatmeal
2.15pm : 100g brown rice + 250g fish
4pm : 30mins wonderful nap for me
4.45pm : 100g brown rice + 250g fish
6pm: 30mins cardio + abs workout
7pm : 100g brown rice + 250g fish
9.15pm : 100g fish + 5 egg whites
11.30pm : protein shake + 300ml milk
11.30pm : protein shake + 300ml milk
12.30am : SLEEP!!
tiring and long day but the training tml keeps me pumped!
cant wait to hit the gym tml.
