decided to go through all my poses this morning
took the courage to take pics in the sunlight
instead of nice lighting in the gym
had a meal which consist 15g carbs, 50g protein only
you can say im flat, depleted and holding lotsa water
taken around 8.50am just before cardio session

im doing my best as you guys can see
still trying to get a tad bit leaner to be better
gonna do all i can to make sure i'll still be able to at least hold on to where i am now when i re-introduce carbs to fill up my body next thursday all the way till saturday's prejudging. Hopefully things wont get screwed up!
