this gonna be my very last few post before e comp
its 8.10am now, just 4 days away.
gonna hit the cardio at 9am
things are still going pretty well as planned
trained shoulders and arms ytd with vincent
feeling drained and low in energy as usual
but we still kept things going
the comp just drives me to e next level

main goal now is to hold on to where i am, start the carb loading phase on thursday then dry out for the day of comp.
what i look now may not be what i will look like on stage, be it better, worse or the same.
i'll just have to live and learn and accept the outcome.
overall i'm pretty confident with myself at how things gonna turn out that day but i shall leave everything to e judges and of cos hoping that i wont look like a stick on stage due to my height

i dont like my genetically born structure
im born with a wide hip, thick waist body.
not gonna blame my parents for it but rather i'll say i'll fucking improve on my shoulders and back width in the years to come.
